Description

This video demonstrates correct aseptic transfer techniques used in a microbiology laboratory. Students are walked through the procedure used to transfer microbes from both liquid and solid media, to agar slants and broth tubes. We also demonstrate how to perform a streak plate and a pour plate. Results after incubation are also shown.
