In this video, we demonstrate how to pour molten agar from individual tubes or large flasks into petri plates. We also highlight the importance of using aseptic technique, and which points are most likely to introduce contamination. This video was prepared for BIOT 3210 and BIOT 3201, and shows the equipment typically used in SW9-209.
